Meet CuraWest’s New
Clinical Supervisor
Congratulations to Kelsey Goss, who was recently promoted to CuraWest Clinical Supervisor. Kelsey has been an integral part of the CuraWest team since the detox center first opened its doors in June of 2021. Originally staffed as a Primary Therapist, Kelsey will take on a new set of responsibilities including continuing to develop CuraWest’s clinical program and supporting other clinical staff members.
About Kelsey Goss, CuraWest’s New Clinical Supervisor
Kelsey earned her Masters of Clinical Mental Health at Adams State University in Alamosa, CO in 2020 and completed her internship work focusing on substance abuse and gender-specific work with trauma. Kelsey has a Bachelors of Art in Psychology from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Kelsey has received specialized training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy with an emphasis on holistic therapy interventions such as Reiki and mindfulness meditation.
Years of Hands-On Experience
Kelsey is a Licensed Professional Counseling Candidate, Licensed Addiction Counseling Candidate, and she brings over 6 years of hands-on experience in the field of substance abuse — both personally and professionally. She utilizes a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy and experience with and insight on the 12 Step program of Alcoholics Anonymous.

Kelsey continues, “CuraWest is largely set apart from other detoxes in the area because of its staff. I believe we have some of the best staff in Denver; people who truly enjoy the work they do, and whose passion and dedication shines through. This level of care shows in how we treat clients and their families.”
In her free time, Kelsey enjoys riding horses, spending time with her cats and her family, and continuing to pursue her holistic education. She is currently getting trained in acupuncture. “I’m truly grateful for this opportunity,” she concludes. “I love the leadership at CuraWest. Our business development team is incredible, and I feel very supported. There are few things as rewarding as being allotted the opportunity to grow alongside Guardian.”
