They partner with your care team to ensure that all documentation required for admission is provided to our utilization management team for review. We will verify Medicaid eligibility and may ask about other insurance you may have. Our clinical team conducts a comprehensive assessment to determine the appropriate level of care (detox and/or residential).
Your Colorado Access care coordinator will work closely with your care team to help arrange and coordinate travel to the Montville facility.
