We serve as the Denver Area’s leading substance use disorder detoxification center. Our highly trained staff utilizes detoxification protocols designed to comfortably and safely eliminate physical dependence on substances and works to effectively help clients take the first step in their recovery.

Curawest was really a great experience for me. I feel better than I have in such a long time and I am confident in the steps I am taking to live a sober life. The behavioral health techs are all amazing and they really understand where you are coming from so it is authentic. The therapists are AMAZING and have helped me through so many different things. The case managers here will take care of you so you have no worries about your next steps. On top of all of that the food is great and the cookies are even better.
